Hello and thanks for your interest in Guildwerks hand forged goods. We want you to understand our policies before making your purchase. We want each and every customer to be happy with their order, transaction and product.

Please take a moment to review:

Made To Order - Each item we create is a one-of-a-kind item, meaning we hand make it just for you. For this reason any item that says "made to order" it will take up to 3 weeks to create and ship. In most cases it will ship sooner. Items in stock will ship the next day. 

Custom Orders - Custom orders can be arrange and will need a 10% non-refundable deposit up front. Email orders@guildwerks.com to describe the project you have in mind. 

Shipping Carrier: USPS - For shipping we've learned that USPS Express with signature required is the safest way to send goods in the mail. If for any reason there is an issue or have any questions please contact Lucy by emailing orders@guildwerks.com. We will work with you on any special requests. 

Returns - We guarantee our work against defects and back our products against anything except obvious customer neglect. Wooden handles, not included, however replacement is available for a fee. If you have any issue, email us and we will cover the return shipping.

If you are dissatisfied and would like a refund we will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise. Give us a call at (916) 720-9069 or email orders@guildwerks.com and ship the merchandise to the address below. Custom orders are subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit.
